Recipe #34 -Three layered Chocolate Madness Brownie


HOW TO MAKE

Three layered Chocolate Madness Brownie 




Serving 16 brownies






Ingredients you will need:

Cookie layer :

1/2 cup butter 
1 cup brown sugar 
1 egg 
1 cup flour 
1 tsp. vanilla essence 
1 tsp. baking powder 
1 tsp. baking soda 
1 cup Hershey's chocolate chips

Oreo layer: 
 6 to 8 Oreos split in half 

Brownie layer:

3 tbsp. butter 
1 cup Hershey's 
1 small bar of Cadbury chocolate 
2 eggs 
3/4 cup icing sugar 
1/2 flour 


Method:



1.Preheat oven at 250degrees
2. Start with cookie layer
3. Combine butter and sugar well, then add egg
4.Then add flour and dry ingredients
5. Finally mix in the Hershey's and place in the baking tray evenly 

6. Then split the Oreos in half and place evenly 

7. Over a double boiler melt butter Hershey's and Cadbury.
8. Take of the heat and mix in the eggs
9.then mix in sugar and flour 
10.then pour over the Oreos and cookie dough 
11. Make sure you spread it evenly 
12. Bake in the oven for 25-30 mins 
( poke a knife if it comes out dry then it's ready)

Recipe#33 Pesto Chicken Salad

Pesto Chicken Salad



Ingredients:
 

1 cup sweet corn
1 cup chopped bell peppers (red/orange/yellow)
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. Sour cream
1 tbsp. Homemade pesto or from the store
½ cup thawed Broccoli
1 ½ cup cooked chicken breast pieces (around 500 grams).


Method:


1. In a skillet fry chicken pieces till the turn a light golden brown, then leave on side to cool.
2.Combine corn, bell peppers, mayonnaise, sour cream, and pesto and mix well.
3.Lastly add Broccoli and chicken and mix well.


Note: You may add salt and pepper to taste but usually the pesto takes care of that.

Recipe #32 molten chocolate cake



HOW TO MAKE 
A mouth watering chocolate molten cake 



Serving 3 person
Total time needed: 20 minutes


Ingredients you will need:
1.     ½ packet of Hershey's milk chocolate 
2.    100g dark chocolate 
3.    100g butter 
4.    3 eggs 
5.   ½ tsp. cinnamon 
6.    1 cup icing sugar ( try to avoid granulated sugar it makes a diffrence ) 
7.    1 tbsp. vanilla extract 
8.    1/2 cup flour 
8.Extra butter to grease the ramekins 
9. Serve with vanilla icecream or butterscotch 

Method:
1. Preheat oven at 190 celcius    In a large pan place water and then place a heat proof bowl on top (double boiler ) 
2.    Once the bowl is hot add the butter , when it has compleltly melted add te chocolate 
3.    Mix well until you have a smooth silly consistency add the cinnamon and mic 
4.    Take bowl of the heat and mix in eggs well
5.    Then add sugar and flour and mix well , you will see the mixture getting thicker and more dense.
6.    Then finally mix in the vanilla essence 
7. Pour mixture into the ramekins and bake for 15 mins

Recipe #31 -Baked Bean Bruschetta topped with Scrambled egg



HOW TO MAKE 
Baked Bean Bruschetta 
topped with Scrambled egg


Serving 2 person
Total time needed: 10 minutes


Ingredients you will need:
1.     ½ loaf of medium Bruschetta bread
2.    ½ tbsp. butter
3.    ½ tbsp. oil
4.    1 egg
5.    ½ tsp. salt ,
6.    ½ tsp. pepper
7.    ½ tin of baked beans
8.    Parsley for garnish

Method:
1.     First cut the Bruschetta loaf into diagonal pieces (1.5-2 inches thick)
2.    Place  butter in to  a pan, once it has melted add the pieces of bread and leave to brown. (You could place in a toaster instead)
3.    Place oil in another pan, once it is hot break the egg and leave for 30 seconds, then with a wooden spoon lift and fold a few times.
4.    Then add salt and pepper to the scramble egg.
5.    Then heat half tin of baked bean in a pan for 2-3 minutes or a microwave for 40 seconds.
6.    To assemble place baked beans and then the scramble eggs on top.

7.    Then garnish with parsley.

HOW TO MAKE 

Garlic Herbed Cheese Bruschetta

  

Serving 2 person
Total time needed: 7 minutes


Ingredients you will need:
1.     ½ loaf of medium Bruschetta bread
2.    ½ tbsp. butter
3.    Boursin Cheese- Garlic & Fine Herbs Garlic & Fine Herbs 
4.    4-5 cherry plum tomatoes
5.    Chopped coriander or parsley for garnish

Method:
1.     First cut the Bruschetta loaf into diagonal pieces (1.5-2 inches thick)
2.    Place the butter in a pan, once it has melted add the pieces of bread and leave to brown. (You could place in a toaster instead)
3.    Then spread the cheese on the pieces of bread.
4.    Slice the tomatoes into round slices and place on top.
5.    Finally top with chopped coriander or parsley based on your liking.
